Mission Statement
To protect the health and safety of the public and the environment by regulating the structural pest control industry and the pesticide products used, to improve the quality of structural pest control services and reduce fraudulent, unscrupulous activities.
In an effort to keep production costs down and to provide our readers with better and more timely service, The Structural Pest Control Bulletin has transitioned to an electronic format. The Structural Pest Control Section (SPC) is a regulatory agency responsible for the administration of the Structural Pest Control Law and the Rules adopted thereunder by the Structural Pest Control Committee (SPCC).
***The North Carolina Structural Pest Control Committee issued a directive effective immediately. All persons applying to take the license exam must submit a Criminal Background Check with your 9 page application. No applications without a background check will be accepted by SPC.***
